Customer Reviews On Barcelona City Tour: Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus Tour

The green route was great. Unfortunately the orange route had problems with the bus itself. We were told to get off, to wait for a new bus then get on again, then half through the tour were told to get off and onto a completely different bus. Also watch the labelling on the stops. Each tour takes two hours so make sure you have plenty of time to anticipate any delays.

Excellent! It is easy to book the tickets and to find the nearest stop. Good audio guide and tips well in advance what can be seen on the next stop. Easy way to go get around Barcelona. Recommend it to all!

Regular busses, clean. Well laid out routes. My only concern was finding a stop for the first time.

We were lucky to sit twice in the front row upstairs - it was cold and rainy so the roof was closed. We had a great view and could enjoy the ride a lot - any other place however would be much less comfortable (limited view). Also twice we took the ride as if first stop which seems only reasonable option - on Sunday almost all other stops were full with queueing people who wouldn’t fit to the bus anymore - and it’s now February so totally off season. Can’t even imagine how crowded it must be in the high season.

The Route was good, one could see a lot of the city. The stories about the different Places of interest could have been better. And the rain and the wind were freezing on the second floor.

Buses are regular and it's not too expensive. A lot of the buses are clearly new so are clean and tidy and in full working order which is an improvement on past year where some of the jacks didn't work on some seats and you couldn't listen to the commentry

Enjoyed the bus, good routes and polite staff. One issue - a bus stop was closed which we were not informed of on getting on the bus, only when we then got off, did some sightseeing and walked to the next bus stop there was a notice saying not in use today. Meaning we had to get to another bus stop, which messed up our times to get to Park Guell for a timed ticket meaning we almost missed it
