Friendly lady helped find our reservation. Pilot and onboard crew were friendly and welcoming. Best river tour I ever had. The seating on the ship was the best. I recently took the river cruise tour in Quebec City Canada and it was a thousand times worse than yours.please keep up the great work.

tour guides were awesome. friendly, fun and knowledgeable. nvery hard to know timing of trolleys and when one was coming or if it was just missed. ended up chatting with a customer service representative at one point who sent us a link to track the trolley but later found out that was in beta testing and no way accurate

Very knowledgeable drivers.
Frequency is at a great level to avoid long wait times.

Great tour

The spots visited were cool but the drivers were talking really loud and the micros not the best so that we had problems to understand them.

We enjoyed the HOHO in Boston. The commentary was good, the stops were interesting. The bonus was that there was a stop right by our hotel near the cruise terminal.

OK but didn't blow me away.

Our first driver wasn’t very nice. He also drove so slow it was uncomfortable. Our next guy was great!

All of the trolley conductors and drivers were amazing. Funny and very knowledgeable. Loved the corresponding music and sound clips!
