The tour was okay. The sound with the earbuds & player were awful. The sound ehen turned up to overcome the wind & AC noise war garbled and hard to understand, meaning that we missed many of the highlights where we could have jumped off. If you like to ride around the city and eait in traffic it’s s grest trip. If you want to learn of options to see or visit, skip it .

Comfortable buses. Good audio. Takes in wonderful sights of this lovely city.

Nice trip, but sometimes they are in a real hurry; this is the 5th time I've done a trip.

Great service, can hop off at all the main attractions, service is only around 10 minutes apart and the stops are clearly marked with the distinct pattern. So this means you feel confident you are waiting at the correct stop.

Because it was Sant Jordi’s day there was a lot of confusion about where the new stops were. I couldn’t find out in advance and even your people in the kiosks and on the buses didn’t seem to know. At least there were signs on the bus stops themselves.

Busses were very clean, didn’t have to wait long for busses, helpful and friendly staff.

A very relaxed way to see Barcelona. Seeing so much more than on foot.

Easy to use and see Barcelona from the top of a bus. Good and interesting commentary. Lots of buses, so easy to hop on and off

- I think it would be good if you stopped the music in the earphones when the guide is not speaking.

-And the stop at the mountain (near botanical garden is worth a pause for about 15 minutes for everybody.

We travelled on the Red Route and found this a very enjoyable experience, the drive was smooth with no excessive breaking or accelerating and time enough to be able to take photographs of the sights. I would recommend this trip to anyone who want to have a snapshot of the inner city and only have a limited amount of sightseeing time.
