The experience was lovely! The workers are so friendly and professional. Very straightforward with describing how the bus works. Loved the narration of the towns history. My daughter’s first bus ride and she loved it!

Couldn't hear the announcements and information about siteseeing points. Earphones provision is very helpful.

Good narrative for the tour, music was a bit strange.

We all loved the trip from West Cliff to Poole and then to Bournemouth, and back to West Cliff. We had a 48 hour ticket and we were very happy to go on the bus on the second day and try different stops. My only criticism is not having belts, and not having updates on waiting times, as there are delays due to traffic.

I highly recommend this tour, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

good apart from the road closure which you couldn't do anything about.
