Tour guide and bus driver were pleasant and funny. Tour was a perfect length of time. I like that they did not play music during the tour.

Good. But there wasn't áudio guide

Excellent guide who gave us lots of information. He's was quite humerus too. We live in Glasgow and we still learned a lot.

We thought the tour was fun & made more interesting by our singing tour guide!!!
We waited at the Glasgow Art School bus stop for over 30 minutes & the bus never arrived. The stop was clearly marked but I guess the website & map was never updated. It left us with only a short amount of time to enjoy the tour once we taxied to another stop

Driver and guide welcoming, professional, interesting.
Tour gave good initial introduction to Glasgow.
Would have liked to use bus into the early evening.

Great experience. When we visit large cities we always use this service to get familiar with the city on our first day. The people were inviting, friendly, entertaining, accommodating, informative and love their city. One suggestion, signage for pickup points could be improved. I’m sure it’s a city ordinance thing. Thanks for a great experience.

I’ve avoided Hop-On Hop-Off buses for quite some time because the last couple I used were terrible and not worth the price. However, because Glasgow is so spread out and my time was limited, I decided to try again and I’m so happy I did. I purchased the 48 hour pass and was impressed by the service. The buses were super clean and on time. The drivers were polite, friendly, and professional. Both Duncan and John performed amazing feats navigating crowded, construction laden streets with detours everywhere. Frankly, I was impressed and amazed at their driving skills! I was fortunate to be on buses with live commentary. Allister, Jim, and Sue were interesting, knowledgeable and very entertaining, interjecting personal stories throughout the tour. There’s also guided tours in various languages and earphones are provided. The buses were well stocked with maps and other sightseeing pamphlets as well. Outstanding service and I highly recommend!

Great commentary, Bit strange that we stopped for 15 to 20 minutes at stop 7? Which slowed the circuit. Also commentary should be updated as the tall ship was closed and not advised, Otherwise a great itinerary and commentary.

I wasn't happy paying for two days and having the same route on both days. I saw on the website that there were two different routes, which is why I chose two days, but I had to take the same route. On Friday, the driver went slowly, allowing me to appreciate the places, and there was a woman who talked about the history of the locations. On Saturday, there was an audio guide, and the driver drove very fast, so I didn't get to enjoy it enough.
