Audio failed several times or did not work.

The staff and the driving were very good, but the audio was consistently very much less informative than is normal on such tours, and it was consistently completely out of sync with what we were seeing.

A couple of headphone sockets didn't work, apart from that, Milan is very well covered over the 4 routes, all the staff/drivers were lovely and very helpful.

Blue line was good but it's inconvinient that there is only one bus on other lines which makes transfer quite difficult and time-consuming.

The Hop on and Hop off Bus is a great way to see the City of Milan.

Podría mejorar el sonido, con los ruidos propios de la calle, no se escucha.
El resto bien, cómodo, paradas bien diagramadas.

All buses whould have open roof. The first bus had a roof so we didn't see as much as we would have liked to.

Very good experience! We loved seeing the city from above. The buses were on time. They were a bit dirty though, with earphones from previous passengers plugged into the sockets.
