Excellent!

On our first day we waited for the bus for 1,5 hours! The app didn't work properly. The sign on the bus stop showed time till next bus which was misleading. When it was over, it just showed 40 min again

Comfortable ride. We appreciated how the upper deck was also enclosed, rather than open, given the cold weather. Very informative audio guide. Thanks!

Пользовались много, выходили и возвращались и не ждали долго следующего. Но , автобусы грязные , сиденья трясутся так что в наушниках не всегда слышно . Информация в наушниках и маршрут не всегда совпадают, на втором этаже в некоторых автобусах нет стёкл и было очень холодно ехать (дело было в декабре) . А так было все хорошо , город очень красивый.

It was a very nice activity! Perfect for people that want to know the center of Milano in a short time.

Easy to use and excellent service

Very good experience

Once in the bus the sights are nice. Commentaries are indepth, but sometimes we're stopped partway way switched to a different one or replaced with music. Locations mentioned were not at times not even near where you are and never said where things were located. Bus always stopped at stop 1 and took major break (30+ min). OK if you get on at the Doumo, otherwise a real pain. Few buses were running (blue line had only 1!). No app or any live bus tracking. No timetables available anywhere. If we do again we would choose "The Other" hop on hop off line.
