Geiranger is the small tourist village and present in the head of the Geirangerfjord in Norway. The Fjord is the gem amongst the other Fjords and offers incomparable views of lush green cliffs and the deep blue water. One can take the twist and turns of the roads in the hairpin bends of Mt. Dalsnibba, Flydalsjuvet and Ørnesvingen, also listed in UNESCO world heritage sites. Geiranger is the third largest cruise ship port in Norway and receives lakhs of tourists each year. Tourism is the primary source for the 250 inhabitants of that village.
