Please present your booking voucher at any of the bus stop or to the bus driver. The first stop is Senate Square / Helsinki City Museum
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Vouchers can be used any day before the end of the season.

During the warm months of the year, cruise passengers arriving at Katajanokka can walk down to Senate Square in around 10 - 15 minutes
Cruise passengers arriving at Hernesaari can hop on the buses at Stops 7 or 8. There are 3 terminals at this dock (LHD, LHC and LHB) and it's only a 200m walk to the buses parked outside from each of them
Customers who arrive at Olympia Terminal can hop-on at Stop 3

Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.
Information for Cruise Passengers: If you are arriving into Katajanokka, you will need to make your own way to stop 1, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise port. If you are arriving into Hernesaari, you will be able to access stops 6 and 7. There are 3 terminals at this dock (LHB, LHC & LHD). In some cases, we are allowed to pick up from inside the gates, but if not, simply pass through the security gate and look for the red City Sightseeing buses with the red and yellow City Sightseeing logo.
