With a collection that provides a coherent and unambiguous picture of the history of bullfighting in Spain, the Bullfighting Museum of Madrid is situated in the Patio de Caballos, a prominent area of the structure. Its pieces include Goya's bullfighting engravings dressed as twentieth-century bullfighters, a portion devoted solely to Manolete, and a sizable sampling of Las Ventas' testimonies.

Explore Madrid’s most famous and largest bullfighting ring- Las Ventas Bullring. It is also the most important bullring in the world. Built in 1929 with space for 23,797 people, this building was declared an artistic historical heritage in 1994. This building is situated on the land called Las Ventas del Espíritu Santo, to which it owes its name. It has a ring with a diameter of 60 metres and with a total area of 45,800 square meters, which makes it the largest in Spain and the third largest in the world, behind Mexico and Venezuela. Constructed in a Neo-Mudéjar style with hand-painted tiles, it houses an important bullfighting museum that illustrates the history of Las Ventas.

Located in the Patio de Caballos, the Bullfighting Museum of Madrid is an emblematic section of the building portraying its history and relevance for Spanish history and culture. It has a collection that offers a clear and harmonious vision of the history of bullfighting in Spain. The impressive works kept in the buildings include engravings of the bullfighting of Goya, dressed as bullfighters of the twentieth century. This building also has a section dedicated exclusively to Manolete and a large testimonial sample of the birth of the historic Las Ventas bullring.
