Please note that there is no luggage storage service available.
All travellers are advised to carry their Passport/ID card on the day of travel.
The tour includes walking long distances, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
Visitors are kindly requested to respect the instructions of the Security Staff.
Staff may request official age verification (e.g., ID, passport) for children. If not provided, the difference to the adult rate may be charged.
Photography and filming are not permitted inside the exhibitions.
Real Madrid FC reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to events held at the stadium or circumstances beyond their control.
Please note that 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM noon departures will be conducted in a small group.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers per guide.
Please note that from 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed on the day before a match.

Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancelations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Tour is available in monolingual:

10 a.m. shift: Monolingual English
12:00 noon shift: Monolingual Spanish
3 p.m. shift: English monolingual

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
