Very little information, not enough story telling and facts, but instead there is too much music playing non stop, when we would rather learn something interesting about sights, monuments and so on.

The tour was great of St. Augustine! I was a little hesitant because our first tour guide (Kendall) was hard to hear/understand. Her interactions with some of the tour guests were very short and brusque. However, our second guide Tim was great! He gave a lot of interesting facts, but infused them with his own personality. The only other callout was the lack of accessibility to bring a fold up stroller on and off the trolley tours. It would have made it easier for us traveling with a small baby.

Great way to get around the city and see the sights. Buses are clean and on a frequent schedule so you never have to wait very long for the next one.

The best way to meet the city and to check the most important tourist sites with historical background. People were very nice!

ticket info had the wrong schedule causing us to waste precious vacation time. only ear buds for the narration - a problem if you wear hearing aids.

Unfortunately the audio wasn't working during our journey on the Yellow route which meant we didn't get to learn about the places we were passing. I'm pleased however that our journey on the Red route didn't have the same issue and we learnt a lot about what we were passing and the history of Singapore.

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.
Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).
As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).
