Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at any of the stops. However, the first stop is Saigon Central Post Office

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

With a 24-hours valid ticket, travelers can join day and night tour, but after 04:00 pm, the buses run without stopping. Travelers cannot hop on and off.

For admission to War Remnants Museum or The Independence Palace, please meet the staff of Anh Viet Hop on Hop off Vietnam Company at the bus stop in front of War Remnants Museum or in front of the Independence Palace, near the area of ticket booth and entrance gate to get the entrance tickets.

Evening Tours & Booking Confirmation: Buses may arrive back at pick-up locations later than expected because of the slower traffic and the higher passenger volume during the evening hours (from 5 PM to 10 PM) on holidays. Customers who make reservations online are politely advised to arrive at least 20- minutes before their specified departure time. Please be aware that real departure timings may differ owing to high traffic.

When making a reservation, we also ask that clients include an active email address, Vietnamese phone number, or WhatsApp number so that the tour staff can get in touch with you promptly.
