This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
All vouchers are valid for the date and time selected at the time of booking.

Please note:

-On the tour day, present your ticket voucher/booking confirmation email to Big Bus Tours staff at the Hard Rock Cafe downstairs bar (just inside the main entrance) no later than 7:40 pm.

-You'll receive your welcome drink, and then make your way to the Big Bus at our Stop #1 (MGM Grand, a 5-minute walk away), arriving by 7:50pm at the latest for an 8:00pm sharp departure.

-The tour concludes back at Stop #1 at approximately 10:15pm.

-This is an Adult only tour, the traveller must be 21 years or older.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
