You can board the bus at any stop.
You can also redeem your vouchers at BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub at Suntec City Mall Tower 2, North Wing, #01-K8, Singapore 038983.
Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at the bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the big bus. This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
All vouchers will now be valid for 06 months from the date of purchase.
Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Big Bus Tours" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking.

  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
