You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

Infant Price Policy: Infants will continue to travel at no cost and without the need for a ticket when seated on the lap of a paying adult accompanying them (maximum of two infants per adult). However, if a separate individual seat is required for the infant, a child category ticket must be purchased.

In "normal times" Brussels is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!
