Both Mobile/ Printed vouchers are accepted.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, compnay is not liable to refund.

The tour in the woods allows you to see a good vision of the ensemble of the central quarters of the city. The audio guide in several languages ​​is beyond practice. Il y a même une application qui permet de vir la location des buses en direct, très pratique car les jours ne sont pas toujours respectés à la lettre. The negative point is the absence of totem at certain bus stops. Le tour en bois permet d'avoir une bonne vision d'ensemble des quartiers centraux de la ville. L'audio guide en plusieurs langues est très pratique. Et les visites guidées à pied étaient très intéressantes et complémentaires au bus. Il y a même une application qui permet de voir la localisation des bus en direct, très pratique car les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés à la lettre. Le point négatif est l'absence de totem à certains arrêts du bus.

It was a good way to get an overview of the landmarks and different neighborhoods plus some history of Cartagena. Staff was very helpful. Signage for some of the stops was lacking and street vendors not helpful in providing information, especially if you weren’t buying something from them.
