You can board the bus and redeem your voucher at any stops along any of the route.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Please be aware that neither the shuttle service from LAX hotels is currently suspended.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.

Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Stop 7 is the transfer stop between the two routes and buses will wait there so you can transfer if you wish to.

On Sundays, Stop 7 moves to 444 Rexford Drive, outside Kelly's Coffee.
