Hop-on, Hop-off buses start from Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre however you can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile/ Printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cruise Passengers: If you arriving in May-September, you will be able to board the City Sightseeing Reykjavik busses at the cruise terminal, stop 15 Skarfabakki Harbour. This is about a 70 metre walk away. If you are cruising during the winter season, you will need to make your way to stop 1.

Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.
Northern Lights Tour is weather dependent. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon; therefore, sightings cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t see any lights on the tour, you can re-book again for free
Warm clothes (we recommend three layers), waterproof jacket and sturdy shoes are recommended (bring a winter hat, scarf, mittens/gloves and warm socks for colder days).
Northern Lights tour is not available on 24th and 31st December.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.
