You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the Driver/ Street Staff. However the first stop is: MERE PST 5 / CITY CENTER In front of Russian Cultural Centre - 100 m from Viru Square in the direction of the harbour, Tallinn, Estonia.
Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
