You can board the bus at any stop. However, the first stop on the original route is 59 Upper O’Connell Street D01 RX04 and the first stop onf the Dublin's Dockland Route is the 2nd stop on the Original Tour (Called Stop A of Docklands Tour)
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Voucher: Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Wheelchair or Stroller Accessibility: All buses are accessible with one or two dedicated wheelchair spaces.
Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper Vouchers are accepted!
Eating and drinking is not permitted on the bus.
Pets are allowed on the bus at the drivers discretion. Generally they are allowed, but a customer may be asked to wait for the next bus.
There is some storage available on the Hop-on Hop-off bus, but it is at the drivers discretion. We would advise not bringing large suitcases.
Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted on the bus.
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.

Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! One child under 15 travels free with each adult. Tickets must be purchased for additional children and Student tickets must be purchased for children 15 years old and over.
