How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information : Both Mobile and Printed Vouchers are accepted.

Children will be asked to present their valid passport at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.

When visiting mosques in Istanbul, remember to wear modest clothing (arms and legs covered) and women must cover their hair with a scarf. If you forget to bring your own scarf, you can borrow one from a small stand before you enter the Mosque. The mosque is closed to tourists every day during praying times.

Go to any attraction you want! Most of them are walk-in but some require pre-reservation, which you can make in 15 seconds For guided tours you need to meet the tour guide based on time table.

Scan your QR code or Pass ID at entries, to our guides or to the gatekeepers. Enjoy!

Pass Validity - The Istanbul Tourist Pass® only counts calendar days, not 24-hour intervals. For example, if you begin using a 3-day pass on Friday at 4:00 p.m., your pass will expire on Sunday at 11:59 p.m., rather than Monday at 4:00 p.m.

Skip the Line Entry - For all our guided tours, you get to skip the ticket line.(Does not include mosques Hagia Sophia since public places does not have a ticket line but security line is mandatory.)

Meeting Location : You can find the meeting location at Hours and Meeting section of each museum page. You will find the guide carrying a white flag with the logo of Istanbul Tourist Pass at the entrance or the meeting location.

You can visit/join each tour and activity only one time per person.

Istanbul Tourist Pass is a digital pass that will be sent to you via email.

For guided museum tours, follow the time table and simply show the guide your digital pass when you get to the meeting point.

For attractions or services you reserved online, simply present your digital pass at the entrance.

For attractions or services that do not require a reservation in advance, simply present your digital pass at the entrance.

For the HAVAIST airport shuttle bus, the QR code will be sent to you separately.

In order to enter the state museums, you need to join a Guided Tour.
