You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver on board.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

All the stops have a small poster stating the stop number and bus logo. Unfortunately it is not allowed to post stop signs at stop 12 The Little Mermaid.
Pair of headphones is complementary. We kindly ask you to re-use them during the duration of your trip.
Cruise Ship Terminal: Every cruise ship that arrives in Copenhagen is greeted by a RED Sightseeing bus. When you disembark you can hop right on to the bus. And when you need to go back to the ship, RED Sightseeing's shuttle service departing from the Little Mermaid statue (stop 12) will bring you back safe and sound.
