Itinerary

You can begin a city tour from 20/22 different stops. Get off the bus at whatever stop you like and continue the tour after exploring the attractions. The bus is available at an interval of 15-20 minutes or you can stay at the bus for the full circle that takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
 
Get important information about Berlin in 20 different languages. Kids channel in English/German is also available on board.
 
When you want to enjoy a boat tour, you need to change from bus stop 14 to pier “Humboldtforum/Nikolaiviertel”.
 
The boat cruise run along the Reichstag and the new Government district to the “House of World Cultures”, Luther bridge, Bellevue Castle, the Victory Column, the central railway station, the Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, and Nikolaiviertel. Redeem vouchers at any 20/22 stops with mobile sales staff or with the driver. The voucher redemption should be done on the bus as it is not possible on the boat.

Redemption Info

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Voucher: You can redeem your voucher at any other day if the missed the selected dated. The vouchers are valid at least 3 month after the selected date.
Please always redeem the online combined ticket for bus + boat first at the City Circle Bus! Unfortunately, the online ticket cannot be redeemed directly at the jetty for boat tour.
The Boat tour will operate from Wednesday - Sunday in the month of November and December. 
Booking Note: Ticket has a validity of 24/48h for Bus & Attractions. That means once the ticket has been redeemed, you need to use it within the time limit to get the attractions too.

Your ticket is valid from the time of activation by our on-site staff for the selected period (24h/48h/72h). You can travel with a 24h ticket e.g. from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., or from 15:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. during our operating hours 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
