Redemption Info

You must redeem your mobile or paper voucher at London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop number 4, London, SE1 7GH (nearest tube and train station is Waterloo, 2 minute walk).
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Know Before You Go

Voucher: Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted at all stops. (We recommend to bring a printed copy)
Wheelchair Accessible: Yes. Each bus has space for one fold-away pushchair and a wheelchair on the lower deck.
On board Wi-Fi: Yes (Please ask bus staff for password)
This is not a Hop-On Hop-Off bus service. The bus will stop at all stops on the route, but your ticket is valid for one entire loop only.
We aim to have a live guide on all departures, however due to the current ongoing situation, this can be subject to change.
There will be no breaks during the tour.
Public washroom facilities can be found in Waterloo Station, they are free of charge to use. 
This tour starts and finishes at London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop, London, SE1 7NA. Look out for the Jubilee Park and Garden on Belvedere Road, which is in front of the London Eye, where our blue buses will be waiting. Please see the map on the schedule for more info. 
No food will be provided on this tour.
We will no longer be providing complimentary face masks to all our guests, but you are very welcome to wear your own mask.
Buses will be cleaned thoroughly after every tour
Operational Update : From Monday 10 July to Friday 14 July this tour will depart and end at TfL stop 17 which is outside M&S on York Road, London SE1 7ND. A 2 minute walk from London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. In "normal times" London is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation Charges up to 48 hours before the chosen travel date. 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 48 hours of travel date.
