Important Info

Ticket Redemption:

  • Bus: You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver on board.
  • Boat: Voucher for the boat tour can be redeemed at Copenhagen Info Tourist Information Center, located inside the Central Train St. in the corner. Look for the Blue “I”.

National Aqarium (Blue Route): This line operates from April to September.

Additional Information:
You can take the Hop-on, Hop-off Bus Tour for three consecutive days within the operating hours.
There is a small fee for children for the boat tour which is not included in the ticket. Boat ticket for Child are available at boat stop, at the price of €3.
Children up to 15-years travel for free when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult). Travelers over 15 years of age should be booked at full adult price.

Important notice for Cruise passengers:
Copenhagen has two ports, Langelinie and Oceankaj. The Hop On Hop Off city sightseeing buses is present at both the port greeting every cruise that arrives there.
The Langelinie port comes under the Red route-Mermaid Tour. The Bus stop number is 14.
In the Oceankaj port, you will find shuttle bus services, already in the Red Buses ticket. From the port, the shuttle bus takes you to stop number 12, The Little Mermaid. This stop falls in the Red Route and operates at an interval of 30 minutes daily between 11:00 to 16:30. The last bus leaves an hour before the cruise departs.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation charges up to 24 hours before the chosen travel date. However you can redeem the e-ticket within 1 year from purchase date.
