Redemption Info

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: Book Now! You can use your ticket any day within 12 months.
Boat Tour Info: The boat is not accessible to passengers with wheelchairs or mobility scooters due to the limited capacity at the entrance.
Operativity Updates:
1. Stop 7 and stop 16 are out of service until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.
2. Until the first week of May, the boat tour will not be able to make the Escalera Real stop due to the boat show being set up. During this time, the only stop in use will be the Auditorium. Departures from Auditorium are at: 11:10am, 12:10pm, 1:10pm, 2:10pm and 3:10pm.

The boat is not accessible to passengers with wheelchairs or mobility scooters due to the limited capacity at the entrance.
Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.
Stop 8 (Poble Espanyol) The last bus to serve stop 8 departs from stop 1 at 16:30.
Stop 9 (Castell de Belllver) The last bus to serve 9 starts departs from stop 1 at 17:30.

Tuesday to Saturday: from 10:00 to 18:00
Sunday: from 10:00 to 15:00 (please be aware that entry to Bellver Castle is free on Sundays)
Closed: Mondays, December 25th, January 1st and 5th and April 9th
 
Museu Es Baluard Opening Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 15:00
Monday: Closed
 
Poble Espanyol Opening Hours:
April to October: 10:00 to 19:00
November to March: 09:00 to 17:00
