Same booking voucher is acceptable for the 'Elements Show' at the meeting location: Carrer de Sant Gaietà, 9, Palma de Mallorca. The experience takes place indoors inside the historic Church of the Sacred Hearts.
There is no need to pre-reserve a time slot for the Elements Show.
Ticket access for Boat Tour: Customers must first stop by the booth located next to the boarding area before boarding the vessel. There, they will be given the boat boarding pass and the voucher for the included refreshment (the small bottle of water)

An English audio tour will be available for walking through the city center. Customers may download the audio tour immediately by scanning the printed QR code on the ticket they get at the stop with their phone.
This is a stroll around the city center's winding lanes, which are inaccessible to buses.
